Tell the story from the Jungle book of how Mowgli came to the jungle.

The cubs can read the story at home, and we’ll do it at cubs as well. Cubs then need to retell the story, in their own words, to one of the leaders. They need to know the main characters in the story. The story is available in your new chum book (if you have one), or I can give you a copy. It is also in the BCC library, on DVD, or on the internet (see several sites, eg www.readbookonline.net/title/486, look for “Mowgli's Brothers”).
